Position: Administrative/Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Anticipated salary $2,500-$3,000 a month
Liz Loomis Public Affairs (www.llpa.biz) has worked with voter-funded local governments for 25 years, providing consulting for elections and ballot measures, strategic communications, PR, and crisis management.
LLPA seeks a part-time employee to manage daily operations, including projects, business processes, and client/vendor relations. The role requires problem-solving, handling multiple projects with minimal oversight, and strong attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
· Manage master work plan for client projects
· Coordinate client meetings (invites, agendas, etc.)
· Oversee direct mail production
· Maintain client and company accounts (applications, software, social media, etc.)
· Update websites and social media for clients as needed
· Provide basic tech support for staff (computers, phones, etc.)
High school diploma is mandatory. College experience is preferred. Three years minimum of relevant work experience in project management and administrative skills.
Must be proficient in Zoom and Microsoft Office Products. Web design programs include GoDaddy, Wix, HostGator, and Word Press.
