  • 5+ yrs administrative experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated comfort with Google Workspace & MS Office
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn company pages and social-media platforms / scheduling
  • Comfort with software / CRM proficiency (Close.io or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills and high discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to work on-site in Irvine 2–3 times per week
  • High, positive energy + get it done personality
  • Comfortable leveraging ChatGPT / AI to increase productivity
