Description
Key Responsibilities: 1.Asset & Facility Management: Oversee company assets including office equipment and warehouse facilities. Conduct regular physical inventory audits and maintain accurate asset records. 2.Local Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage end-to-end procurement for daily operations. Source, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with local Thai suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials. 3.Contract & Documentation Control: Organize, archive, and track all contracts and operational documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. 4.Operational Reporting: Assist in tracking operational data and budget execution, preparing reports to support management decision-making. 5.Cross-functional Support: Provide administrative support for HR functions such as employee engagement activities and cultural events to maintain a positive work environment. Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or procurement. Experience in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred. 2.Language Proficiency: Native Thai speaker. Chinese and English skills are required as auxiliary languages to support cross-border communication and reporting. 3.Familiarity with local Thai business culture and practices. 4.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and management software. 5.Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
