Description Position Type: Non-Exempt Reporting To: General Manager Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Internship Period: June 1st- Aug 20th We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Summer Intern to support daily operations, reporting, administrative coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship provides hands-on experience working with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment. Requirements Provide general administrative and operational support to the General Manager and Headquarters team as needed Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and internal meetings Prepare weekly KPI and performance summaries for Charter, Freight, and Reservations departments Maintain meeting action-item trackers and ensure follow-up on outstanding tasks Assist with operational analysis projects including booking trends, freight shipping trends, and repeat client reporting Support monthly freight billing and related administrative processes Assist with employee engagement activities and Engagement Committee events Support company culture initiatives including Employee Spotlight programs and Paylocity engagement activities Help organize and maintain administrative systems including scanning projects, calendar clean-up, and file management Create, update, and maintain internal email templates and communication materials Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
