• Send reminders to clients and regarding missing of supporting documents and annuities.
• Follow up on annuity payments.
• Send reminders for outstanding invoices related to patents and industrial designs.
• Ensure that all required documents for examination, office actions, and registration are filed through online system on time.
• Monitor and track all relevant deadlines for patents, industrial designs, and related filings.
• Proactively communicate any approaching deadlines and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate and ensure timely filing of all necessary documents related to patents and industrial designs.
• Perform online filing of patent applications, documents for examination, office actions, and registrations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of documents through the relevant patent office portals.
• Receiving and auditing of supporting documents
• Preparing payment request and monitoring petty cash balance with accounts.
