Description Job Summary: Receive, process, and track prescription vendor invoices, vendor fees, other related items. Provider backup for other administrative duties as assigned. Auxiant is a third party administrator of self-funded employee benefit plans with offices in Cedar Rapids, IA, Madison and Milwaukee, WI. Essential Functions: Receive and process inbound invoices/fees from our client’s prescription/other vendors that they utilize within their health plan. Correspond with PBM’s and vendors regarding invoices/payments/processing Handle vendor history claim loading process with precision and accuracy. Provide back up on other duties of the administrative staff including mailroom duties, front desk coverage, support for the COBRA and provider maintenance teams. Further duties/projects as assigned or appropriate Education/Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, meet established deadlines and change as business needs require Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet,10-key Proven experience in a professional office environment Good problem solving/analytical/math skills. Physical and mental demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 8 hours a day, move or traverse about the office to access office machinery, regularly moving objects up to 5 lbs. Consistently operate a computer and other office machinery such as telephones, printers, scanners etc. Communicate and effectively detect and exchange information on a continual basis.
