Allied Universal is seeking Administrative Professional in Waterloo, Ontario.
Job Title: Administrative Professional - Bilingual (French and English - oral and written)
Location: Waterloo, ON
Type: Part Time (2)
Shift : Monday to Friday - 1200-2000 (Min. 2 to3 shifts per week)
Pay Rate: $ 26.11 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be Bilingual -English and French (oral and written)
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance are expected.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and resolve issues proactively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
  • Answer phone, schedule appointments, and provide information regarding office of the Security Director (client), which will include ensuring maintenance of the client’s policies and procedures
  • Screen, respond to, and/or distribute mail as appropriate
  • Assist with the scheduling of appointments and meetings to maintain the Director’s calendar
  • As required, or directed, will attends meetings to provide or obtain information, including maintaining any necessary records or minutes of the meetings
  • Obtain, compile, organize, and prepare information and data for various reports, meetings/board agendas, ensuring information packages are complete and meet guidelines for submittal, as directed by the client
  • Coordinate special administrative projects as assigned by the client, to include assigning work, providing project information, giving guidance in support of project objectives, and prepares final reports, as required
  • Support security team, both internal and external team members, with the interpretation and application of policies, procedures, and processes, for work locations or posts
  • Within this position, additional administrative functions or tasks can be assigned, on a temporary or permanent basis
