Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Staff to provide administrative and operational support to the Project Support Engineer. The role will focus on administration, procurement assistance, incident reporting, and customer updates, ensuring smooth fix/deployment roll-out and timely communication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Prior experience in administration, procurement, or project support is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Comfortable in preparing and presenting information to customers.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Support Engineer and project team.
  • Assist in part procurement, including preparing purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, and tracking deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of project schedules, inventory, and incident reports.
  • Support scheduling activities, ensuring tasks and timelines are aligned with project requirements.
  • Prepare and present weekly PowerPoint updates to customers on incident reports, status, and resolution progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information for reporting.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of project-related records.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
