Location: Remote, U.S. Only Pay Range: $22 to $28 per hour USD Schedule: Full-time, flexible daytime hours with at least 4 hours overlap with EST About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized Administrative and Project Support Specialist to join a professional team supporting U.S.-based operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structure, clear responsibilities, and contributing to projects that impact multiple teams. While fully remote, you will need to maintain reliable availability during U.S. business hours and communicate effectively across virtual channels. You will play a critical role in keeping projects and operations on track. You will help teams coordinate tasks, manage documentation, and ensure deadlines are met. The role requires both independence and collaboration. You will be juggling multiple priorities while keeping a keen eye on details.
