ADMINISTRATIVE/RECEPTION ASSISTANT

We are seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist to join our company and be based in our Inverness office.
The role will include:

Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATION DUTIES

  • Preparation of emails and letters
  • Maintaining the client database
  • Assisting with the preparation of fees
  • Scanning documents

RECEPTION DUTIES

  • Managing reception area and looking after any visitors
  • Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Answering phone calls, logging and transferring them as necessary
  • Recording of client documents arriving at or leaving the office
    You must have a pleasant manner with excellent organisation, communication and computer skills.
    Experience in Microsoft Word is desirable.
