As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant who is not only great with people but also comfortable with technology.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Receptionist/Admin is the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. You’ll play a key role in supporting both the sales and service teams, while also helping with basic tech-related tasks such as updating digital records, assisting with CRM tools, and maintaining internal communication systems.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
