Audit charge capture, copay collection, and referral accuracy; coordinate with billing and revenue cycle teams. Maintain data tracking dashboards for each site, including daily, weekly, and month-to-date comparisons to goals. Oversee office inventory, vendor relations, and supply management. Serve as liaison for administrative operations during site inspections, compliance reviews, and audits. Coordinate with Clinical Regional Manager to align clinical and administrative scheduling for efficiency and patient satisfaction. Requirements Data & Strategic Oversight Compile weekly regional dashboards summarizing: o Exam volume (current week, month-to-date, year-over-year) o No-show and incomplete tracking o Screening follow-up rates and forecasted volume o % to goal per site Develop regional recommendations to improve workflow, reduce delays, and increase capacity utilization.
