QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, budget tracking, data analysis).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in scheduling and budget management is an asset.
  • Experience with accounts receivable and/or collections is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team remotely. This role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will be responsible for scheduling, email and booking management, as well as supporting financial tasks such as accounts receivable, collections, and assigning budgets to crews for scheduled work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage scheduling and calendars for crews, projects, and appointments.
  • Assign budgets to crews for scheduled work and track costs.
  • Handle email correspondence and coordinate bookings in a professional manner.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets for reporting, data tracking, and budgeting.
  • Cross-train in Accounts Receivable: prepare invoices, apply payments, and follow up on collections.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed.
