We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Secretary who also has a keen interest in social media. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in social media and online communication
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (experience with scheduling tools is a plus)
  • Professional appearance with a positivise attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. In addition, you will assist with maintaining our social media presence, helping to communicate our values and services to a wider audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and visitors
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting materials
  • Maintain filing systems and keep records up to date
  • Assist with document preparation, reports, and correspondence
  • Support the team with general office administration
  • Organise and attend external events and staff functions
  • Manage hotel bookings

Social Media Support:

  • Assist in drafting and scheduling social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor social media activity and flag messages or comments for response
  • Help generate ideas for engaging content based on company activities
