We’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Administrative Service Improvement Officer to lead this journey. In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Manage and mentor a team of nine administrative professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to nurture their growth and development.
• Conduct a comprehensive internal review of current administrative processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes to elevate service quality in alignment with our CARE values.
• Pioneer the role of administrative expert on the CMHSA Management Team, contributing your insights and expertise to shape the future of our service.
