JOB PURPOSE:
The Administrative Services Assistant is responsible for assisting the department with the full range of office services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Processing incoming and outgoing mail and courier items.
· Delivering and retrieving files and documents among internal team members.
· Operating photocopiers, printers, fax machines and binding equipment.
· Communicating with internal customer both verbally and electronically.
· Managing boardroom catering for meetings and firm functions.
· Maintaining the tidiness of the staff room, coffee stations and boardrooms.
· Maintaining office supplies and inventory.
· Providing reception relief.
· Walking to a variety of downtown businesses to deliver documents.
