What you will do Reporting to the Office Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities: providing a variety of administrative support services to the general public and all levels of staff within the office; maintaining a current and accurate filing system; maintaining spreadsheets and various programs for updates; processing work orders; tracking of incoming/outgoing correspondence; word processing; maintaining a supplies inventory; contributing to team efforts by performing various other related administrative duties to the district as required and assigned. Work environment: Office location: Moncton. Open office layout. Standard hours of work: Monday – Friday. We promote a scent-reduced environment. Who you are Key behavioural competencies: Effective Interactive Communication Flexibility Client Service Orientation Concern for Order Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED supplemented by the successful completion of a one (1) year post-secondary program in the area of business, office management or a related field. Minimum of three (3) years experience providing administrative support in an office environment. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability.
