Location: Windsor, ON
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Services Manager to provide administrative and reception support in a senior living environment. This role supports residents, team members, and management through a wide range of clerical, financial, and human resources functions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Services Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, including payroll processing, resident billing, reception duties, and file management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer applications
  • Experience working with seniors
  • Familiarity with legislation such as the Employment Standards Act, Workers’ Compensation Act, Public Health Act, Residential Tenancies Act, Retirement Homes Act, and Occupational Health & Safety Act
  • Experience with financial systems and billing processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with diverse individuals
  • Ability to provide background and medical documentation

Responsibilities
  • Review and process monthly invoices and reports
  • Receive and record resident payments
  • Assist with payroll processing and new hire files under management guidance
  • Maintain administrative files in compliance with regulations
  • Process resident status changes using required documentation
  • Provide information to residents and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Perform necessary reception duties
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, including the Retirement Homes Act and Residents’ Bill of Rights
  • Support other administrative and clerical functions as assigned
