We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Specialist to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests. • Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents. • Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports. • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and schedules • Manage projects and contribute to committee and team work. • Operate office equipment, manage office space, and maintain a secure and efficient document management system. • Offer direct support to executives by managing calendars, communications, and priorities. • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
