Oversee key administrative functions such as logistics management, vendor purchasing, meeting documentation, and seamless event coordination. Drive smooth and efficient business operations locally and globally, leveraging exceptional organizational skills and collaboration on cross-functional projects and major events. High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, and in checking others’ work Ability to multitask and prioritize own and others’ workload effectively Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or the equivalent work experience. At least 7 years of experience in administrative support, with a preference for 2 years in team leadership roles. Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) paired with outstanding communication skills.
