Description Administrative Site Lead Job Duties Include but are not limited to: Manage the front desk staff Oversees the day-to-day operations of the site, managing staff, and ensuring that the site is running efficiently and effectively. Daily supervision of front desk staff to include accurate recording of patient information and collection of patient co-payments and fees. Manage staff schedules and coverage for the site. Will manage Paylocity for all employees supervised Share leadership role in weekly treatment team meetings Reports all monthly reconciled charges/receivables, and deposited monies and any potential discrepancies to the finance department. Responsible for accurate capture of medical patient UDS demographics Will work with the Regional Director, Medical Site Lead and the Call Center to ensure provider productivity goals are met. Works with COO, QI Director and CFO for ordering supplies, risk management and assessments of buildings, cleaning and parking lot. Communicates with providers and staff to share information pertaining to updates/changes to general practice and operations. Develop and sustain a high-quality well motivated team The Site Lead should be available to step into the front desk role when necessary. Other duties as assigned Requirements The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a medical office setting, with three to five years of supervisory experience preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least an Associate Degree in Business or a related field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
