Description Warehouse Administrative Specialist Findlay, OH Starting Pay: 18.50 per hour, .50 raise after 90 days Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Specialist / Warehouse Technician to support receiving, inventory accuracy, and customer operations. This role combines administrative responsibilities with warehouse support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is process-driven, safety-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate data in receiving and inventory management systems Process documentation for receipt and shipment of goods Support customer operations and collaborate with management teams Identify and report defective materials or safety concerns Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and review operational priorities (SQDCM boards) Collect and report data accurately and on time Follow safety, quality, and LEAN/5S procedures Train team members and provide process improvement feedback Promote a positive team environment and uphold company values Requirements Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse experience required (2+ years preferred) Basic proficiency in Outlook and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Work may occur in climate-controlled spaces or warehouse environments with temperature variations Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, pushing/pulling Exposure to warehouse equipment, tools, noise, and other operational hazards TOOLS AND/OR EQUIPMENT USED: Handheld scanning devices and other data collection tools Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and WMS inventory management systems Radios, mirrors, flashlights, micrometers, tape measures, dyes, paints, chemical cleaners, rulers, gauges, micrometers, calipers, hand tools, power tools, air tools, steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, and any other tools and equipment required per customer request
Responsibilities
The Administrative Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data and processing documentation for the receipt and shipment of goods. They also support customer operations, participate in operational meetings, and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.
