REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, procurement, or supplier liaison role (experience in furniture, interiors, or retail sectors an advantage).
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems a plus.
  • A proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Administrative Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across supplier management, procurement, and customer aftercare. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate orders, deliveries, and resolve procurement or quality issues.
  • Place and track orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Maintain organised records of supplier communications, order statuses, and inventory updates.
  • Manage customer communications regarding after-sales support, including issue resolution and service coordination.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Support general administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations at the Long Mile Road office.
