QUALIFICATIONS
· A two-year Business Diploma
· Three (3) years experience
· Strong organizational and critical thinking
· Attention to detail and good judgement
· Strong computer skills and superior knowledge of business systems including Microsoft 365 Office Suite with an aptitude for learning other software packages
· Must be able to type a minimum of 65 words per minute
· Salary will depend on experience and technical level

Reporting to the VP of Finance and Administration, the Administrative Specialist is responsible for helping us in a wide range of areas in all of our companies to help us grow while maintaining our exceptional customer service. This role is suitable for a seasoned administrator who is accustomed to working within tight timelines while showing measurable results.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your administrative specialist duties will include supporting management and supervisors. Your tasks will include but are not limited to assisting and completing various administrative tasks, be the back up for multiple positions (for vacation and sick coverage), assisting with a detailed work order process, a variety of ad hoc tasks, assisting with a few accounting related tasks - as required and first contact for company phone inquiries.
You are comfortable with many different tasks and urgencies. Based on priorities, you will plan and execute tasks and initiatives related work for seven companies that are within the Central Utility Services umbrella. Your focus will be on learning and executing various administrative roles within the company.
