Frank Leta Honda, a locally owned and operated dealership, is looking for an experienced Automotive Bookkeeper to join our growing team! What You’ll Do: Accurately post and reconcile all accounting transactions including dealership payables and receivables Manage general ledger and monthly financial statements Reconcile bank statements, floorplan accounts, and manufacturer schedules Process daily deposits and ensure all financial records are up-to-date and compliant Support month-end closing procedures and audits Collaborate with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless financial reporting What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (automotive dealership experience is a plus) Working knowledge of dealership accounting software a plus Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a deadline-driven environment High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is a plus) What You’ll Get: Competitive salary based on experience Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision (50% employer-sponsored) 401k with employer match HSA with company contribution Paid time off and holiday pay Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Tenure bonuses and professional development opportunities Be part of a supportive and family-oriented team where your skills make a real impact.
