Raynor of Hawaii is seeking a positive and proactive Administrative Specialist for a rewarding career in the service industry! This position exists to ensure all customers are greeted promptly and helped efficiently—whether on the phone or in person—while removing interruptions from schedulers and managers. You’ll also support all non-management positions in the office during heavy workloads or when team members are absent.
You’ll connect with multiple parts of the business while engaging employees, customers, and vendors. From greeting visitors to managing calls, processing payments, and backing up key scheduling roles, this position is the hub that keeps the office running smoothly. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year of previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with active listening.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan a plus.
  • Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
