Administrative Specialist I
Location – Dover, DE
Schedule: Monday – Wednesday PT 8am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $18.00 an hour

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the Office of Assessment calendar of events
  • Prepare materials for assessment events and meetings
  • Meet bi-weekly with Education Associates to identify and prioritize needs
  • Manage weekly report submissions and documentation
  • Coordinate communication with District Test Coordinators
  • Monitor incoming calls and route appropriately
  • Generate memos and reports in compliance with administrative policies and procedures
