POSITION OVERVIEW:

This isn’t just project coordination—it’s about being the steady hand that keeps projects, people, and processes moving in the right direction. You’ll support project logistics, estimating, and billing while also helping build out operational structure. Think of it as part coordinator, part organizer-in-chief, and part right-hand to company leadership.
We’re looking for someone with “stern but loving aunt” energy: patient, supportive, but not afraid to keep everyone accountable.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate projects from estimating through closeout
  • Assist with job costing, invoicing, and basic project accounting
  • Track schedules, material orders, submittals, and milestones
  • Communicate with field crews, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Maintain project files, contracts, change orders, and compliance documents
  • Help develop SOPs, systems, and tools to bring order and consistency
  • Partner with the owner to manage workload, priorities, and communication
  • Liaise with bookkeepers, suppliers, and other external partners
  • Spot inefficiencies and suggest practical solutions
