Key Responsibilities: Oversee the localization deployment and living support for expatriates, covering colleagues stationed in Europe and domestically assigned staff; establish a comprehensive service registry for multi-country visa/residence permits, banking & social insurance, healthcare & education, and daily needs across European locations; Manage end-to-end international business travel operations, including flight, hotel, and ground transportation booking; build a local resource pool and optimize travel costs; Administer on-site accommodation, office facilities, and commuter resources; establish supplier onboarding processes and drive standardization of administrative services; Assist with customs clearance for equipment, prototype vehicles, and materials import/export; be familiar with local customs regulations and independently coordinate compliant and efficient clearance; Build a local security management system; develop and regularly conduct emergency response plans for personnel and facilities to ensure safety of people and assets; Handle cross-cultural communication coordination and integration support; organize cultural exchange activities, resolve cultural conflicts, and maintain the overseas employer brand image. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: 3+ years of experience in overseas localization management; proficient in cross-border employee assignment processes; Expert in international travel resource management, capable of handling flight cancellations, emergency evacuations, and other sudden changes effectively; Demonstrated ability to identify overseas security risks and handle emergency response; background in security training is a plus; Familiar with international and local customs regulations; hands-on experience coordinating compliant customs clearance independently; Fluent in Chinese, English, and Portuguese; strong cross-cultural communication skills; prior experience with local Chinese enterprises is a plus; Adaptable to high-intensity cross-timezone work; valid driver's license; experience supporting automotive/new energy industry overseas is a plus.
