ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Administrative Specialist to provide strategic support to the CEO and CFO and their teams. In this role, you will act as a trusted business partner—managing calendars, coordinating travel, supporting board and committee work, and ensuring smooth information flow across the organization. You will play a key role in enabling leadership success through strong communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. This role can work in office, or hybrid.
