Administrative Specialist – Full Time – Tucson, AZ Wage: $20.00/HR We are searching for a Administrative Specialist to help support the HR Team. This position will help with general administrative tasks.    To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.    Essential Functions:   * The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job. Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing correspondence and reports, processing mail, telephone and in-person reception, and filing.  2. Schedules meetings and conferences and assists with travel reservations.  3. May serve as Office Manager and provide lead direction to administrative and/or support staff.  4.
