Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the SEMATS 3 Contract Manager. The ideal candidate will be a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. Essential Job Functions: Reports directly to and provides support to the SEMATS 3 Contract Manager. Works with contract teaming partners and government leadership in support of the contract. Creates and maintains contract records, files, and folders. Assists with employee on-boarding and terminations. Manages all contract project code setup, closure, and tracking. Issues travel requests and monitors the accuracy of travel codes. Assists with tracking project labor/travel charges. Reviews/approves travel expense reports for accuracy. Provides contract travel instruction and answers contract-related travel questions. Monitors contractor Common Access Card (CAC) expiration dates for employees and initiates reminders to renew. Required Skills: Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required. High School Diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
