St. John’s Vancouver Anglican Church | Vancouver, BC
St. John’s Vancouver Church is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support the daily operations of our busy church office. This full-time position plays a key role in helping our staff team and congregation thrive by ensuring administrative tasks are handled with care and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, bookings, and schedules
  • Supporting communications and document preparation
  • Processing invoices and expense reports
  • Maintaining organized systems and supplies
  • Welcoming visitors and responding to inquiries

The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and enjoys working behind the scenes to support others. Strong communication skills, comfort with technology, and a willingness to learn new systems are essential.
