Description Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, demonstrate strong organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy improving processes. Responsibilities: · General administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management. · Review and sign off on invoicing for accuracy. · Purchase non-steel items to ensure adequate supply and assist in replenishment. · Converting and sending PO’s and outside processing orders, maintaining accurate records and timelines. · Process receiving paperwork. · Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies · Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and documents with a high level of accuracy. · Handle confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion and integrity. · Other duties as assigned to support the team and business needs. Requirements Experience & Education: · 2+ years of administrative, office support, or coordinator experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. · Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. · High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation, with strong organization and prioritization skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively. · Self-motivated, dependable and eager to learn.
