Experience: 1+ year in Real Estate or Administrative role

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an organized and reliable Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. You will support agents and brokers with daily administrative tasks and serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendors.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of experience in real estate or administrative support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiar with real estate terminology and transaction processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools (CRM, MLS, DocuSign, etc.)
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and a team player

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with platforms like ZipForm, Skyslope, Dotloop, or similar
  • Familiarity with local MLS systems
  • Social media or Canva experience a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) is a bonus
