[About Our Organization] Ritsumeikan Educational Corporation began in 1869 when Kinmochi Saionji, a leading politician and international figure of modern Japan, founded the private school "Ritsumeikan" at the young age of 20. In 1900, he opened the Kyoto School of Law and Politics, aiming to "create a learning environment that is free and full of pioneering spirit." Currently, with campuses in Hokkaido, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, and Oita, it has become a comprehensive educational institution rich in individuality and internationality, comprising two universities, four affiliated schools, one affiliated elementary school, and approximately 50,000 students. Currently, we have established the School Vision R2030 and R2030 Challenge Design (medium-term plan) and are working on reforms to the school. In April 2026, we plan to open the Faculty and Graduate School of Design and Art at Ritsumeikan University, and in April 2028, we plan to open the Graduate School of Space and Earth Frontier Studies and an affiliated correspondence high school with a theme of inquiry. ■Job Description: Based on your previous experience, you will be involved in the management of the Ritsumeikan University as a staff member of the Ritsumeikan Educational Corporation. <Examples of Placement> ● Admissions Center: Duties related to university admissions policy, high school-university collaboration, and entrance examinations, etc. ● Academic Affairs Department: Duties related to strengthening the educational capabilities of faculties and graduate schools, support for education utilizing ICT, duties related to academic affairs information systems, etc. ● International Affairs Department: Duties related to international exchange and international education, etc. ● Finance Department: Duties related to finance and accounting, financial strategy, etc. ● Research Department: Duties related to research, industry-academia-government collaboration, etc. ● Human Resources Department: Duties related to human resources policy, performance evaluation, salaries and benefits, diversity and inclusion, etc. ● General Affairs Department: Duties related to legal affairs, risk management, and internal organizational meetings ● Corporate Planning Department: Duties related to strategy, planning, business planning, co-creation with society, public relations, etc. ● Career Center: Duties related to supporting students' career development, global career support, etc. ● Student Affairs Department: Duties related to extracurricular activities, scholarships, and student growth, etc. ● Entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and commercialization, etc. ● Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU): Admissions, academic affairs, student and career, finance, and human resources at APU ● Affiliated Schools Office, Integrated Education Department: Promotion of integrated education, entrance examinations for affiliated schools, international education, accounting, general affairs, etc. We expect the following: ■ Individuals who can promote work with a high level of expertise, have experience challenging themselves to open up (create) new fields, and have experience and achievements that go beyond boundaries. ■ Individuals who always have a willingness to learn new things and continue to take on challenges. ■ Individuals who can support the business with a high level of resilience and contribute to the development of the school.
