Overview:
Flyover is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to join the team! The focus of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Administration Team while coordinating across various departments across the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, collaborating closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Guest Experience, and Finance, and communicating with vendors.
What is the compensation for this role?:
The wage for this role is $23.50CAD hourly and a full breakdown of benefits and perks will be discussed during the interview process.

What will you do in this job?:

  • Coordinate daily operations of the Administration Team, support Administrative Assistants and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Complete the daily cash reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy in reporting, timely bank deposits, and the integrity of the attraction’s overall cash float through established controls and checks.
  • Assist with vendor set-up and purchase orders; maintain supplier relationships; administer accounts payable, including invoice coding and monthly finance tasks.
  • Perform voucher reconciliation and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing to partners.
  • Respond to guest and vendor inquiries via email, phone, and chat; follow the guest feedback and complaint resolution processes.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and the attractions’ Management Team.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?:

EDUCATION:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field; a diploma or degree is preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead administrative position is an asset.
  • Experience with cash handling, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, or basic bookkeeping is often required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with accounting or point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
