FTE: 0.001000 Standard Hours: 0.01 Shift: Shift 4 Job Summary: Oversees and participates in a clinical nursing role and serves as the management resource person for the hospital on the night shifts including staffing, supervising, interpreting policy and assisting with staff development. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Wisconsin required. Bachelor's degree in nursing and graduate education preferred. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ACLS certification required or within six months. CPR certification required. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Three years nursing experience, two of which have been in a general clinical capacity required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must demonstrate ability to manage complex change, utilizing effective communication/counseling skills. Must be able to demonstrate effective leadership ability and potential managerial competency.
