COMPANY OVERVIEW

The Center for Valued Living, PLLC is dedicated to providing accessible, insurance-based mental health care to diverse clients across Colorado, with a focus on underserved and underrepresented populations. We serve individuals aged 3 and up, using anti-racist, neurodivergent-affirming, and queer-allied principles to create a powerfully reparative and healing environment. Our providers continuously hone their clinical expertise, helping clients develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful connections in a nonjudgmental space. Through a collaborative team approach, we aim to positively impact clients’ holistic well-being and equip them with skills for lasting success in their personal and professional lives.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Colorado to serve as an Administrative Supervisor for a clinical mental health practice; this supervisor would provide administrative guidance and clinical consultation to supervisees that have cases largely consisting of children and families. This part-time, remote role includes progress note review and group clinical consultation with supervisees. While the primary clinical supervisor holds ultimate decision-making authority for case direction, the administrative supervisor plays a critical role in promoting sound clinical judgment and high standards of care—particularly in documentation and systems compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Psychologist in Colorado for 2+ years (required)
  • Experience working with children and families in outpatient mental health settings (required)
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation standards, medical necessity, and CPT coding
  • Good understanding of child consent laws and child focused treatment approaches
  • Prior supervisory or consultation experience preferred
  • Ability to provide clear, supportive feedback while reinforcing role clarity and appropriate supervision channels
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
Role Distinctions: This role supports the clinical development of supervisees and participates in clinical dialogue, but final case decisions and licensure oversight remain with the primary clinical supervisor. In this role, there is no assumption of clinical liability. The administrative supervisor helps ensure that documentation reflects sound clinical thinking and compliance with payer standards, and serves as an additional clinical resource for the team.
