Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare, follow up and upkeep maintenance agreements, letter of offer, quotations and service orders (including tracking list)
  • Prepare quotation in the accounting system.
  • Update selected clients on monthly maintenance schedule
  • Communication with the Technical team for job execution after quotation signed
  • Coordinate and upkeep of the monthly No Load test & Full load test exercise (including collating & updating the test forms in the system)
  • Coordinate and upkeep the work schedule & downpayment for all upgrading/New installation projects
  • Update various reports for Sales Manager
  • Prepare Permit to work for selected sites
  • Oversee the Defects listing from the Professional Engineer and provide an update on the defect clearance with Photos/image and description of the rectification of the defects.
  • Assist sales manager in preparation of presentation slides
  • Assist clients on BCA Leap management (Change of contractors, PTO renewal, BCA fee payment etc)
  • Maintain various forms, label stickers printing i.e. service order, service chits, service reports etc
  • Maintain and renew essential training courses for technical team
  • Manage stocks for uniforms, stationery, water ordering, first-aid items, and pantry item
  • Coordinate with office cleaning, and periodic aircon maintenance.
  • Assist to collate and calculation of Overtime time forms for technician
  • Coordinate staff/company/marketing events such as birthday vouchers, D &D, CNY etc.
  • Support Accounts department on billing and credit control
  • Manage scanning of service reports and service orders to the share drive
  • Upkeep service order records and document filing
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor/Management
