Job Description: Performs diversified clerical duties related to the operational needs of the office/department. Job Responsibility: 1. Performs diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to: 2. Typing various correspondence, reports, articles 3. Greeting and directing visitors 4. Answering telephones, taking messages, directing intercom pages 5. Scheduling appointments/meetings 6. Maintaining department/office files, record keeping, patient record filing 7. Taking meeting minutes 8. Collecting payments 9. Keeping inventory and ordering supplies for the department/office Performs related duties as required.
