This is a full-time position based in Tallahassee, Florida, United States. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our educational programmes and community services. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and reliable professional, capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our institute. You will be joining an organisation dedicated to fostering a finer future through high-quality Islamic educational programming that connects individuals with valuable resources for personal and spiritual growth. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. * Manage and respond to correspondence, including emails and phone enquiries, in a timely and professional manner. * Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain organisational calendars. * Support the administration of our educational programmes, which may include student enrolment, record keeping, and communication with parents and students. * Help to coordinate community events and onsite courses, ensuring all logistical needs are met. * Maintain and update databases and filing systems, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information. * Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. * Liaise effectively with staff, students, and the wider community to build positive relationships. Qualifications * Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * High level of attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A professional and courteous demeanour with strong interpersonal skills. * Experience working within an educational or non-profit setting is desirable but not essential.
