Job Description What you’re responsible for: Enter sales and purchase contracts. Reconcile purchase orders with balance tickets. Assist sales representatives in researching claims. Set prices and approve balance tickets in RECY (computer system). Record orders in RECY (computer system). Monitor payments made to subcontractors. Manage company pricing and enter prices. Respond to customer inquiries. Follow up with sales representatives on delays. Qualifications To join our team: You have a DEC in administrative/office technologies or equivalent education. You are perfectly bilingual (French/English) and have excellent communication skills. You have strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). You have experience in the manufacturing industry (an asset). You are rigorous, autonomous, and resourceful. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset. You are organized and able to manage priorities with speed and efficiency. Additional Information What we offer!
