ABOUT US

The Department of Ophthalmology specializes in training clinical and surgical learners in the discipline of Ophthalmology which includes several subspecialties such as Glaucoma, Retina, Cornea, Pediatrics, Neuro Ophthalmology, and Oculoplastics. Responsibilities

The Administrative Support I will provide administrative support for one or multiple individuals, and provide excellent customer service in all of their interactions. The incumbent will provide front-line support via telephone, in-person, and electronically to faculty, staff, students and other stakeholders, making referrals and scheduling meetings with their supervisor(s) as appropriate. The incumbent will assist with resolving general inquiries, maintaining files, organizing schedules and coordinating meetings. The incumbent will perform word processing in adherence with standard procedures, order and maintain supplies, and perform other general office functions as required by their supervisor.
