This multi-faceted position supports site operations and reports directly to the Supervisor. Under minimal supervision this position performs a wide range of clerical tasks including, but not limited to staff scheduling, food and supply requisitions, supporting diet entry in CBORD, providing support & customer service to staff, patients & visitors, data entry & typing, and supporting the training and auditing processes within the department. This position may also be asked to perform a variety of other clerical duties appropriate to their classification. This position may require you to be able to bend, lift, push, and pull items of up to 20lbs. The successful candidate will be able to: Work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy; Work under pressure in high stress situations; Demonstrate critical thinking skills and initiative; Communicates effectively in English with customers, patients, co-workers, and other hospital departments; Work as an effective, professional team member with a focus on exceptional patient and family centered care. This shift will be scheduled Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
