Administrative Support Professional
An administrative Support Professional is a multi-faceted role, with opportunities for growth and development!

What will I do in the Administrative Support Role?

  • Greet and direct high volumes of calls and visitors professionally.
  • Screen calls for relevance and forward messages per company guidelines.
  • Maintain bulletin boards with updated and compliant information.
  • Order office and printer supplies using approved vendors.
  • Schedule meetings and events, including room setup and meals.
  • Perform clerical tasks like scanning documents, processing invoices, fuel receipts, and managing locker assignments.
  • Assist with email communication and forward messages to the correct team members.
  • Cross-train to support various Operations and Sales Support functions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of relevant administrative or office experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient math skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in various Microsoft Platforms
  • Dependable, responsible, and team-oriented
  • Open and empathetic communication style, with a focus on internal and external customer service
  • Quick to learn and retain new skills, tools, and procedures

What are some of the Physical Requirements?

  • Ability to push, pull, carry up to 50lbs
  • Stand and sit for extended periods of time
  • Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle or feel standard office equipment; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Bend, stoop, reach and shift positions frequently

What is the schedule?

  • Monday-Friday 8 Hour shift with 30 min meal break
