Job Description Griffith Health Clinics is looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Support Officer to assist with the daily operations of our team. This role provides the chance to work in a supportive and fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative services. Key responsibilities: Provide general administrative support, including managing diaries and travel, record keeping, information management, and process improvement. Conduct research, collect and enter data, and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and project applications. Maintain databases and online systems, conduct procurement and financial transactions, and participate in user testing/implementation of new/upgraded systems. Assist in committee support, agenda and minutes preparation, and ensure follow-up on actions. Support processes and data entry associated with the Teaching Allocation Tool (TAT). Assist with organising events and workshops. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: An associate diploma qualification with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge, and experience. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders. Proficiency in administrative systems, including Microsoft Office and database management. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and supporting operational needs. What we can offer This is a fixed term (until 30 November 2026), full-time position based primarily at Griffith University Gold Coast. Salary Range The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $73,623 - $77,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $86,139 - $90,886 per annum.
