Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Provide admin and operational support to daily centre activities
  • Coordinate room bookings, supplies, and venue logistics
  • Maintain records, databases, and frontline reception duties
  • Support event delivery and community engagement programs
  • Liaise with staff, visitors, and stakeholders professionally

As an Administration Support Officer, you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supporting events and programs that make a real impact. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and an essential part of the team’s collaborative and community-focused environment.
