Adecco is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Support - Personal Injury professional for a 3-month contract role in Saskatoon, SK. In this position, you’ll be responsible for processing manual payments to treatment providers, managing injury claim documents, and supporting the claims team with scanning, indexing, and system updates. This role involves direct communication with healthcare providers and maintaining accurate claim records. Ideal candidates are highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment within the insurance or healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Process manual payments to treatment providers (e.g. physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic).
  • Contact providers to guide on manual invoice submission.
  • Assist in scanning, filing, and printing claim-related documents.
  • Transfer digital documents between internal systems.
  • Index medical reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Print and scan documentation when required.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and service-level agreements.
  • Full-time hours (40 hours/week); start date: October 1, 2025.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 1-2 years of admin experience in insurance, call centre, or customer service roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable using office technology and databases.
  • Able to provide: 3 professional references, and all relevant educational certifications
  • Must be able to provide a clear criminal background check
