ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to assist our busy Advanced Supply department.
Productivity, Inc is a distributor of Machine Tools, Tooling and Accessories, Industrial Supplies, Robotics, and Services that help organizations overcome production challenges, streamline their operations and increase profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to quickly and efficiently organize, track, and follow-up on numerous details and projects.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with internal and external customers. Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to investigate through research and conversation and resolve problems or questions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer knowledge, specifically; Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities
  • Take all Advanced Supply calls. Handle & route customer requests and questions.
  • Create & maintain purchase orders and receipts.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Customer quotes.
  • Set up training classes for employees.
  • Run reports.
  • Work with accounting department on invoices.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Handle catering and booking events for the Tooling department.
  • Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.
